We are seeking an exceptional Manager to lead our AE/PWS team of 31 plus specialists, own the commercial and operational performance, manage our strategic partnerships, and accelerate the next phase of growth including battery energy storage systems, EV charging facilities, and expanded operations & maintenance services. This is one of the most senior commercial and technical leadership roles in Guyana's renewable energy sector.
Main Functions:
- Manage the overall financial performance of the business unit’s annual revenue, gross margin, and growth.
- Lead the safe, on-time, on-budget delivery of every solar PV project in our portfolio.
- Be the senior commercial and technical face of the business and drive strategic relationships with our partners.
- Expand the business unit’s portfolio into adjacent areas.
- Champion a zero-incident HSEQ culture across every work site.
- Set the technical standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and certifications’ framework for the team.
- Contribute to the Group's broader Strategic Plan as a member of the Operations Leadership Team.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or other related disciplines
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience with at least four (4) years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven commercial acumen in Profit & Loss Ownership or strong influence over project profitability in prior roles
- Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary technical teams of twenty plus (20+) persons.
- Sound knowledge of electrical codes, PV standards, BESS, working at height, and safety practice.
- Must be willing to travel to project sites across the country.
- Outstanding stakeholder management.

- Eligible to work in Guyana or have the ability to secure a work permit.
