The incumbent will partner with the Head of Operations to drive organizational efficiency, system optimization and process improvement across our retail network. This role will include collecting and interpreting data to identify trends and recommending solutions to complex operational issues.
Main Functions:
- Act as liaison with various departments to support strategic and operational priorities across the business.
- Lead process mapping and workflow optimization (store ops, inventory, procurement, POS, etc).
- Analyze data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Support the evaluation and rollout of systems (POS, ERP, task management, etc).
- Manage cross-functional projects and drive cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, APICS will be advantageous.
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, operations, process improvement, or systems implementation (retail/service-driven preferred).
- Proven experience with ERP/ POS systems, multi-store/ omnichannel operations and leading strategic organizational change projects will be advantageous.
- Strong skills in process re-engineering, workflow design, analytics, and reporting (Excel, Power BI)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
