The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the IT Department whilst also leading and managing various IT projects across the organization.
Main Functions:
- Follow directives from Project Engineers for Solar PV & Potable Water Installations.
- Perform tests on equipment in accordance with relevant standards, specifications, work instructions and guidelines.
- Learn to conduct inspections and prepare clear and concise technical reports.
- Perform mathematical problems/calculations quickly and accurately.
- Model safe behaviour always and actively participate in safety improvement exercises.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Certificate/ Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing or other Equivalent Technical Certification
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar role would be an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with keen attention to details
- Must be a team player and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Driver’s license would be an asset
